Transportation Manager Jose Carbajal and Warehouse Supervisor Siddharth Bajracharya of Mohawk’s Southern California Regional Distribution Center, have turned hauling pumpkins into an annual tradition since 2016.
After drivers deliver Mohawk and Dal-tile products to the company’s regional warehouse in Kent, WA, they pick up the loads in Puyallup, WaA, and bring them back to the Southern California Regional Distribution Center in Fontana. This year, Mohawk drivers will deliver 25 to 30 loads, or approximately 1.2 million pounds of pumpkins! In November, they will begin backhauls of Christmas trees.
