The team in Middleburg Heights, OH has a motto of “safety first,” which is what has helped them reach the impressive achievement of 12 years OSHA injury-free as of December 1, 2020.
“Each employee is committed to safety because they all consider their co-workers like family,” Kathy Warner, HR Manager, said. “It’s part of who they are. It starts at the top with a positive role model from the management team to do the right thing, even when no one is looking. T.H.I.N.K. is not just an acronym, but it’s a value they honor each day – even family members are aware of T.H.I.N.K. The employees know the importance of going home to their families in the same condition as they left in the morning.”
